2. Purpose of the Organization

Monarchs Inner City Youth is a community-based program headquartered in Central Florida that provides sports, mentorship, and educational activities for children and teens, currently including baseball, volleyball, and cheerleading. Our programs are designed for youth from preschool through high school, with future expansion planned into other U.S. states.

3. Eligibility

Participation or registration requires parent or guardian consent for anyone under 18. Users agree to provide accurate information for themselves and their children and to update it when necessary.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content—including logos, photographs, videos, text, and materials—is owned or licensed by Monarchs Inner City Youth. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of content is prohibited without written permission.

5. Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our website or systems;

By registering a child or yourself for any program, you agree to follow safety instructions, facility rules, and staff guidance. You understand that youth sports carry inherent risks and agree to sign a participation waiver where required.

9. Limitation of Liability

Monarchs Inner City Youth, its officers, staff, volunteers, or affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or programs, except as required by law. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Monarchs Inner City Youth, its board, staff, volunteers, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of our site or participation in our programs.

11. Arbitration & Mediation (Dispute Resolution)

All disputes arising from these Terms or related activities shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the laws of the State of Florida, using a mutually agreed mediator or arbitrator.

• Venue: Seminole County, Florida (or nearest available forum).
• Each party shall bear its own attorney’s fees and costs.
• Arbitration awards may be enforced in any court with proper jurisdiction.

If required by another state’s law (for participants in that state), mediation or arbitration will occur under that state’s consumer-protection rules.

12. State-Specific Rights (“Special States”)

Some states (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, and New York) provide additional consumer rights or security standards. We honor those where applicable and comply with each state’s youth safety, privacy, and notification requirements when operating there.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our programs or website at any time for conduct deemed unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful.

14. Links to Third-Party Sites

Our website may contain links to external sites or payment platforms. Monarchs Inner City Youth is not responsible for the content, security, or policies of third parties. Please review their terms independently.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties
